About Me

I’m happy that you have taken the time to consider what it would look like to fully embody joy and liberation in your life!

I am an Atlanta native, overall lover of life and enjoy my peace above all things! I am neuro-divergent, meaning I experience the world in a non-linear way. I enjoy assisting people in noticing the patterns in their lives that keep them in a pattern of joylessness. I hope to assist others in knowing that their life does not have to consist of anxiety, overwhelm, fear or worry. I am here to witness the transformation that is sparking inside of you. I combine yoga, hypnotherapy and counseling skills to assist you in unmasking your authentic self. I want to assist you in releasing the fear that causes you to play small, be overwhelmed by negative self-talk and have an overall sense of grief/sadness/numbness or unease.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I received my BA in General Studies with a concentration in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology from Valdosta State University in 2007. I completed my MA in Community Counseling at Argosy University- Atlanta in 2011. My clinical experiences have varied from working with clients in the community, accountability courts, jails, residential treatment centers, hospitals, day treatment and outpatient settings. I am currently working to to complete a Certification in Traumatic Stress Studies through the Trauma Research Foundation. I am in my second year of a MA/PhD in Depth Psychology with a concertation in Community, Liberation, Indigenous, and Eco-Psychology.

Outside of this clinical work I am Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I have completed certificates that include Reiki I & II, Mystic Healing, and becoming a Certified Intuitive Counselor. Overall, I like all things “woo” and enjoy incorporating this in my work.

I hope to see you VIRTUALLY really soon!
